Why you need building industry CPD points
NSW Class 2 Licence holders (Real Estate and Strata Management) must complete nine (6) hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) before the 22nd March of each year. You must complete 3 hours of compulsory and 3 hours of elective CPD training.
For Stock and Station ONLY Class 2 holders the requirement is for 3 hours of CPD (3 hours compulsory) to be completed. Note that ABE provides 2 hours of compulsory training for Stock and Station only, the 3rd hour is specialised training and can be obtained independently.
NSW CPD requirements are no longer related to an agents licence renewal date and CPD Points are no longer required. Hours are now how this is measured.

All modules are completed online from the comfort of your home, office or any location and you can take up to 9 months to complete. There are no Zoom or videos to watch. Upon successful completion, participants will promptly receive a record of their training and a Certificate.
